Service Description

Pregnancy massage is done primarily in the side lying position and moves at a slightly slower pace, working to relieve the tension of the changing body, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. I bring my portable massage table, sheets, and massage lotion with me to the appointment. Please provide a pregnancy pillow, or a few small pillows, so that you can comfortably lay on your side. I try to arrive 5-10 minutes before the appointment so that I can set up and begin on time. Please note that home visits are generally only available in Kreuzberg, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Wedding, Charlottenburg, Friedrichshain, Neukölln, and Schöneberg. As I must travel with my massage table via public transport, I do have some limitations. If your home is not well connected via public transport or too far away, a home visit may not be possible.
